He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Public Administration at Selçuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2002. He earned his Master’s degree in the Department of International Relations at Selçuk University in 2007, and completed his PhD in 2015 at Marmara University, Institute of Middle East and Islamic Countries Studies, Department of Middle East Political Economy. He currently continues his academic work with the title of Associate Professor.
He worked as a specialist in the Foreign Trade Department at the Head Office of Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank between 2007 and 2009. Between 2009 and 2015, he served as assistant specialist, specialist, and chief at the Exporters’ Associations under the Turkish Exporters Assembly.
Since 2015, he has been working as a faculty member in the Department of International Relations at Düzce University, Akçakoca Bey Faculty of Political Sciences. He has held several administrative positions, including Founding Vice Dean of the Akçakoca Bey Faculty of Political Sciences, Director of Akçakoca Vocational School, Founding Director of the Middle East and Africa Studies Application and Research Center (ORAFMER) at Düzce University, and Head of the Department of International Relations.
His research focuses on Turkish Foreign Policy, the Middle East, the Islamic World, North Africa, and the Gulf countries. He has also made numerous contributions and evaluations in newspapers, magazines, and television programs in these fields.
