Professor of Architecture and Urban Planning, Aisha Ammar Almansuri, holds a PhD from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom, a master’s degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tripoli in Libya. Her areas of expertise include sustainable architecture, climatic design, and vernacular architecture. She also places great emphasis on e-learning and has numerous publications in the fields of architecture and e-learning. She is currently serving as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli. She previously served as Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning for five years.
