She graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Sakarya University in 2011. In the same year, she began working as a research assistant in the Department of History of Islamic Sects at the Faculty of Theology, Sakarya University. She completed her master’s degree at the Sakarya University Institute of Social Sciences in 2014 with a thesis titled “The Foundations of the Belief in Occultation in the Shī‘ī-Imāmī Tradition”, and her doctoral studies in 2021 at the same institute with a dissertation titled “The Place of the Hilla Madrasa in the Shī‘ī-Usūlī Tradition: The Case of Muhaqqiq al-Hillī.” She participated as a researcher in the Researcher Training Project conducted at the TDV Center for Islamic Studies between 2012 and 2021. She continues her work in the field of the History of Islamic Sects, focusing particularly on Shi‘ism, and serves as an Assistant Professor at the same faculty.
