Mawahib Khalil Mohamed Hassan holds a PhD in Social Work from Hacettepe University, Türkiye. She is currently a researcher at the Migration Research Foundation in Ankara and a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Social Anthropology at the University of Khartoum in Khartoum-Sudan. Her research focuses on displacement, integration, gender-based violence, and refugees.
