Murat Çemrek completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Public Administration at METU, his master’s and doctoral studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Bilkent University, and postdoctoral studies at the Budapest College: Institute of Advanced Studies (Hungary). He has taught courses at various levels—from undergraduate to doctoral—at Bilkent University, Atatürk Alatoo University (Kyrgyzstan), Selçuk University, Al-Farabi University (Kazakhstan), and the Police Academy. He served as the Founding Director of the Eurasian Research Institute at Ahmet Yesevi International University (Kazakhstan). Having chaired the department at Selçuk University, Çemrek currently serves as Department Chair at Necmettin Erbakan University, Director of the Erol Güngör Turkish Diaspora Research and Application Center, and University Erasmus Program Coordinator.
Fatma Zehra Atıcı completed her master’s degree in the Department of International Relations at Kahramanmaraş University.
