Dr. Naoki Qayyim Yamamoto, born in Okayama, Japan, in 1989, studied Christianity at Doshisha University. He is currently the Director of the Sakura Center for Japanese Studies at Ibn Haldun University and also serves as a faculty member at the Institute of Turkic Studies at Marmara University. He teaches courses on Sufism in the Ottoman Empire as well as the history and thought of Islam in Asian civilization.
Platform: Agenda of the Muslim World was established within the İLKE Science Culture Education Foundation as a publication organ that aims to follow and analyze the intellectual, political, social, economic and cultural agendas of Muslim societies and to present current and original perspectives on the Muslim world.
