Nihat Erdoğmuş

He graduated from the Department of Psychology at Boğaziçi University in 1992. He completed his master’s degree in 1995 in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at the Faculty of Business Administration, Istanbul University. In 1998, he earned his PhD in Management and Organization at Sakarya University. He became an Associate Professor in Business Management in 1999 and was promoted to Professor in Management and Organization in April 2005. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University. His research focuses on the structural and managerial development of institutional capacity, change management, management psychology, and the formation and transformation of career identity. In recent years, his areas of interest have also included the management of NGOs and the management of higher education.
