Salim Refas

Salim Refas is an international expert in sustainable development and Islamic finance. His primary research interests are international migration and sustainable development. He worked as a consultant for ADB, the World Bank, and the Islamic Development Bank and led several analytical or policy works in the fields of infrastructure, trade, transport, and climate change. Salim currently works in the private sector in the development of sustainable infrastructure projects and transition to green mobility. He is reading a PhD in Islamic Economics at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Türkiye.
