Şükrü Çağrı Çelik was born in Malatya in 1993. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Mersin. In 2016, he graduated from the Department of Public Finance at Hacettepe University. Between 2014 and 2015, he interned at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Inc. as a “Campus Staff Intern.” During the 2016–2017 academic year, he worked as an assistant at the Research Center for Islamic Economics (IKAM) for one semester. In 2017, he began working as a research assistant in the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Manisa Celal Bayar University. In 2020, he completed his master’s degree at the Institute of Social Sciences at the same university with his thesis titled “An Evaluation of the Transformation of Fiscal Policies in Selected Countries After the 2008 Global Financial Crisis.” He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at the same university. He is married and has a daughter.
