Originally from Kırşehir, Güneş currently resides in Istanbul. A graduate of Social Sciences High School, Güneş is pursuing undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Theology. Having also received traditional madrasa education at the Hüdâyî Foundation, Güneş further strengthened knowledge in this field through nine months of Arabic language training in Jordan.**
