Bilge Ece Toktaş is a graduate of Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Law. She works on legal regulations of next-generation technologies, particularly artificial intelligence law, cybersecurity law, and defense industry law. She writes analyses on international humanitarian law, intelligence structures, and the implications of digital warfare tools in the context of international law. Israeli intelligence systems, AI-supported military applications, and their impacts on the law of armed conflict/war are among her specific areas of interest. She continues her academic work and legal evaluations across national and international publications.
