Completed primary and secondary education in Ankara. Served as the Founding General Coordinator of ADEM Student Communities, leading organizational efforts across 130 universities. Received training and conducted research at world-leading universities-such as SOAS, Leiden, Maryland, Duke, and Yale- as well as leading Turkish think tanks including SETA, ORSAM, SDE, and ADAM.

Presented papers at numerous international symposia and conferences, with commentary and analysis on areas of expertise featured across national television channels and newspapers. Has published articles in national and international academic journals and serves as a peer reviewer. Currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Terrorism Studies (Terörizm Araştırmaları Dergisi) and the Journal of Intelligence Studies (İstihbarat Araştırmaları Dergisi), and has authored and edited numerous academic books.
