Mustafa Toğrul graduated from the Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2022. He completed his English preparatory education in Washington, D.C. and attended a summer school program at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, focusing on refugee, criminal, and commercial law. Following his graduation, he worked in the education sector for approximately two years, during which time he also completed his legal internship.

During his undergraduate years, he was active in various non-governmental organizations, most notably ADİL Academy. He currently continues his volunteer activities at the Center for Regional Studies. Having completed his Master’s degree in International Law at Marmara University, he now serves as the Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff) at SETA Ankara.
