He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Economics at Selçuk University, and his Master’s and PhD in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He is a faculty member in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. His research interests include colonialism, global politics, and global political history.
