Dr. Gülay Okay was born in Hatay in 1975. She graduated from the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. In 2006, she completed her medical residency at the University of Health Sciences, Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital. She attained the title of Specialist Physician in 2015 and was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2020.
