Dr. Layla Saleh specializes in Arab politics, protest, and democratization. Her latest book is the co-authored Revolution and Democracy in Tunisia: A Century of Protestscapes. She is currently a Research Fellow at the Graduate School of Humanities and Studies on Public Affairs at Chiba University, Japan, and is an Associate Editor of the Brill journal Protest.
