Melike Sıla A. KAYA is a graduate architect and project specialist. She is a doctoral student at Yıldız Technical University in Architecture department. She works as a project specialist at Tigris Development Agency Programme Management Unit and, as a focal point, currently runs the SEECO project directed by the World Bank.
